The Fabulous Christmas Fair is returning to Grimsby Minster on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 November, as part of The Big Christmas Event 2016.
Hosted by The Culture House, the fair will be held alongside the town’s Christmas light switch on event but extending over two days.
It will play host to quality craft and creative stalls, who will be showcasing and selling their work within the beautiful surroundings of the Minster. There will also be live music on the Thursday evening, courtesy of local singer India Button, Blaze choir other acts to be confirmed.
Organiser Charlotte Bowen, said:
“The Fabulous Fair has now been going for six years and one of its aims is to provide an accessible and welcoming, quality event within the town centre.
“We’ve always intended for the fair to be a place where local creative people can show and sell their work, giving them an opportunity to engage with a large number of visitors.
“In addition many people who visit it have never been inside the Minster so it provides a chance for local people to connect with an important heritage venue.”
The range of stalls will include vintage paper crafts, beeswax candles, knitted and gift items for children and adults, hand-crafted jewellery, hand-made soaps and original artwork.
Alongside the stalls, there will be festive live music from a range of acts, crafts for children and the Minster café will be open.
When: Thursday 24th November 3pm-8pm & Friday 25th November 9am-1pm.
